Terms of Use

Everstride provides online general wellness and educational content. Our programs are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Use the service responsibly and do not share account access.

Stop activity and seek appropriate care if you experience sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or feel unwell. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise routine if you have health concerns, an injury, or a condition that may affect participation.

Billing & Refund Policy

Everstride offers recurring monthly memberships: Essential at $15 USD, Steady at $20 USD, and Guided at $30 USD. The membership price and renewal frequency are shown before enrollment. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before payment.

Your plan renews monthly unless you cancel. You authorize the payment method on file to be charged at the beginning of each renewal period. You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date; access continues until the end of your paid period.

We offer a refund for an initial membership payment if requested within 14 days of the first charge, unless prohibited by law. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the renewal date, except where required by law or when a charge resulted from our error. To request a refund, contact us with the email used for your account, the charge date, and a short description of the request. We will review requests and respond within two business days. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
